Cobbleyard advised its capital sponsors and investors in a JV that acquired and exited K9. K9 is a CBD mixed use property just 150 metres from department store Stockmann in the heart of Helsinki. Cobbleyard executed is business plan ahead of schedule by splitting the asset and selling off the residential units and upgrade the office space to better fit the Helsinki CBD market demand.
